When editing a broadcast, you have several options for the sender identity.

Current User  

From: John Smith <[email protected]>
Reply To: John Smith <[email protected]>

Building  

From: Lux Apartments <[email protected]>
Reply To: John Smith <[email protected]>

Building (No Reply)  

From: Lux Apartments <[email protected]>

Organisation   (Organisation users only)

From: Premium Management <[email protected]>
Reply To: John Smith <[email protected]>

Let us know if you need to update your sender identity. A change of building management email may require a manual update.

Custom Domain

Onsite supports custom domains.

Custom domain setup requires a DKIM DNS record to be added to your domain. Please contact our support team to assist with this.
