Work Order Bounce

If Onsite is unable to deliver a work order or quote request, the system will notify the sender of a email bounce. Should this occur, we recommend updating the contractor email  to a correct address, then recreating the work order. It is helpful to also cancel the work order in platform for future reference.


We do not currently offer any function to resend a work order.
