Change of Staff
When a staff member changes, such as a building manager, or caretaker, the new staff member may inherit an Onsite account with their new email address.
When this occurs, the first and last name on the account should be updated accordingly.
To update the name on the account
- Login to the account you need to update
- Navigate to user settings (click the account in bottom left of screen, and select settings from the menu)
- Update the first and last name fields
- Click save
Dont know the password
If the you have access to the email address on the account, you can login with code or reset the password.
