Managing Asset Categories

Creating an Asset Category

You may create an asset category from the category selector.

• Navigate to the Assets page
• Click to add a new asset
• Scroll to bottom of drop down on the category input
• Click Create Category
• Enter category label and click Save

Nesting an Asset Category

You may nest an asset category via settings.

• Navigate to Settings / Configuration / Assets
• Click Edit on the category you wish to modify
• Select a Parent Category
• Click Save.

Renaming an Asset Category

You may rename an asset category via settings.

• Navigate to Settings / Configuration / Assets
• Click Edit on the category you wish to modify
• Edit the label field
• Click Save.

Deleting an Asset Category

You may delete an asset category via settings.

• Navigate to Settings / Configuration / Assets
• Click Edit on the category you wish to modify
• Click Delete
