Exporting Data

Onsite offers a number of various data exports, allowing you to download XLSX exports of various records including the following.

Assets, Cases, Contractors, Keys, Maintenance, Residents, Units, Booking, Vehicles, Pets, Inspections.

To Export Data

  • Navigate to Admin   / Reports   / Export   
  • Click the export you require.

Export Permission Required

Exports for each data model will require the appropriate permission on your accout. If the export buttons in disabled, you do not have suffieent access rights and will need to contact account admin.
