Resident Portal Image: Adding & Updating
The Resident Portal image is the first thing your residents see when they log in. Using a high quality photo of the property helps create a familiar and professional digital environment for your community.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to
Community / Portal - Locate and select the
ThemeTab - Under Building Image Click
Upload Image- Select the building photo from your computer.
- Note: If an image is already present, you can select the
change imageadding a new one will automatically replace it.
[!TIP] Check Your Work: After uploading, we recommend logging in as a "Test Resident" or using the "Preview" mode to ensure the image isn't cropped in an awkward way.
