Adding a Building Image to Management Reports

You can customise your Management Report by adding a cover image. This helps give the document a professional, branded look specific to the property.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Settings / Configuration  
  2. Locate Building Image  section and click on the section to reveal the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the Upload Image button under Building Image.
    • Select the desired file from your computer.
    • Once uploaded, this image will automatically populate on the cover page when you generate your Management Report.

Best Practice: Use a high-resolution landscape photo of the building's exterior for the best visual result on the cover page.
