Site Details

One of the first steps when setting up your site is configuring the Site Settings . The Site Details

ensure your building information, contacts, and compliance records are accurate across Onsite.


  1. Navigate to Site Settings

    • Select Settings   from the sidebar
    • Select the Details  tab

Building Details

In the details screen click on the Buildingsection to drop down the information.

Enter the following details for your building:

  • Building name
  • Address
  • Legal entity
  • Strata scheme
  • Annual General Meeting (AGM)
  • Annual Fire Compliance due date
  • Region
  • Timezone

Building Manager Details

In the details screen click on the Building Managersection to drop down the information.

Enter the primary contact information for the building manager:

  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Strata Manager Details

In the details screen click on the Strata Managersection to drop down the information.

Enter the strata manager’s contact information:

  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Phone number

Builder Details

In the details screen click on the Buildersection to drop down the information.

Enter the builder’s contact details:

  • Contact name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
