Rolling Out Resident Portal

Email Broadcast

We recommend sharing the resident portal link with your residents via an email broadcast.

  1. Find Your Unique Portal Link
  • Navigate to Community    / Portal   
  • Click Share   
  • In the share window, locate your portal details
  • Click Copy Link    to copy your unique portal URL

Send an Email Broadcast

  • Go to Broadcasts   
  • Create a new message to the community
  • Paste the copied portal link into the body of the message
  • Review and send the broadcast

QR Code Signage

We recommend printing a QR code and placing it in a common area so residents can easily access the portal via their mobile devices.

Generating a QR Code

  • Navigate to Community    / Portal   
  • Click Share   

In the share window, you will see an option to Download Sign    for display in common areas.

  • Download the signage
  • Print and display it in a common location (eg. notice board, lobby, mailroom, elevator, etc.)
