Inductions

Onsite provides the ability to require annual contractor inductions. Induction records are associated with each individual contractor contact.

Induction items are a list of items that a contractor must attest to before they can sign in.

Onsite provided a example set of items that can be easily added through the Add from examples   button, or you can create your own by clicking the Add Item   button.

An induction will only be required if the site setup contains induction items.

Example Induction Items

• I agree to immediately notify the Building Manager of any accidents, near misses, or hazards
• I acknowledge I will not carry out works without holding current public liability insurance.
• I agree to always wear appropriate task-specific PPE
• I agree to use only safe, compliant tools and machinery
• I agree to keep workspaces tidy and free from obstructions and do not block emergency paths or tamper with doors
• If my work involves High Risk Construction Work e.g., working at heights, near electricity, or in confined spaces, I must provide a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) to the Building Manager before starting work and comply with the SWMS during the task
