Creating an Inspection Template
Inspection templates guide the inspection process, and must be setup before inspections can be created.
To create an inspection template, navigate to the Building section in the sidebar and select Inspections. Click Manage templates and then Add.
Inspection Areas & Items
Inspection templates are structured with inspection areas and items.
An area is a group of inspection items, and may represent a floor, or block within a building.
The template builder allow you to clone areas, should you wish to repeat the same inspection items in multiple areas.
Managing Multiple Buildings
For users managing multiple buildings, you may wish to create a template once, and then clone it for each building.
To clone an inspection template, open up the template in the template builder, and click the Clone to site button.
Select the sites you wish to clone the template to, and click Clone.
