Automatic Maintenance Notifications

You can set up automatic notifications for maintenance tasks.

In the maintenance toolbar, click the Notifications   button.

• Select the alert period - the number of weeks before the maintenance task is due that you want to be notified.
• Select the recipient - the user you want to be notified - either the linked contractor, or the building manager.
• Click the Save   button to save the notifications.

You can remove notifications by clicking the X   button on the notification.
