Scheduling Maintenance Instances

After creating a maintenance task, you must schedule instances of the task to be completed. This is how you would plan out your maintenance schedule over a number of months, or years.

In the maintenance toolbar, click the ‘Schedule’ button.

• Complete the form, adding the frequency, number of instances, and the start date.
• Click Generate to preview the instances.

When you are happy with the instances, click the Create Instance   button to add the instances.
