Media Displays

Media Displays let you broadcast your community Notices onto a screen in shared spaces such as a lobby, lift landing, or community room. This keeps residents informed about what's happening in the building without relying solely on email or the resident app.

Notices shown on Media Displays support images, helping them stand out and grab attention.

Screen Recommendations

Onsite is screen-agnostic, so any TV or monitor with a web browser (or an HDMI input driven by a computer) can be used as a Media Display.

Below are two options that customers have considered as a starting point.

Domestic TV Option

  • Kogan 50" LED 4K Smart AI Google TV (U95T)
  • A budget-friendly consumer TV suitable for smaller sites.

Commercial TV Option

  • LG 43UR640S - 43" 4K Commercial TV
  • Built for continuous use in commercial environments. Includes its own signage option, which can be a helpful fallback if you ever need functionality beyond what Onsite supports natively.

Disclaimer

Please note that Onsite has not tested either of these specific models, and we are not AV experts. The above are general suggestions only. We recommend confirming compatibility your AV supplier before purchasing.

Getting Started

Once you have a screen in place, or to simply test the feature, head to the Community section in the sidebar and select Notices to start publishing content. For more on creating notices, see the Notices article.
